Prime Steakhouse yang terletak di Hotel JW Marriott Medan, merupakan salah satu Best High End Restaurant di Medan. Mengusung konsep semi fine-dining, Prime hadir dengan interior yang mewah dan classic. Tatanan meja dan kursi membuat ruangan lantai 2 menjadi spasious dan nyaman.

Large Dining Table

Untuk menikmati dining dengan keluarga ataupun hanya sekedar kumpul dengan teman, Prime juga menyediakan large dining table yang spasious.

Open Kitchen

Di seberang meja dan kursi, ada open kitchen yang menampilkan cooking demo di depan pengunjung. Disana makanan di masak dan di prepare.

Table Set Up

Akhirnya kami diarahkan untuk duduk di meja dekat wine cellar. Seperti foto diatas, setiap meja telah di set up sedemikian rupa mengingat konsep yang di usung adalah semi fine - dining. Setelah kita duduk, waiter/ss pun membuka napkin dan meletakkannya di atas paha kita. Kemudian kita pun disuguhkan menu untuk memesan.

Sembari menunggu makanan kita keluar, Prime memberikan kita berbagai jenis bread. Kami paling suka dengan round bread nya kemudian dioles mentega.

Amuse Bouche

Makanan pun keluar satu persatu. Dimulai dari Amuse Bouche, daging sapi yang dibalut dengan quail egg, kemudian diberi apple jelly sauce, the taste is just amazing.

Fettucini Bolognese

Well, untuk menu yang satu ini enak, namun tidak ada yang special. Kombinasi saus bolognese nya match dengan pastanya, dan minced beef.

Spaghetti or Angel Hair Aglio e Olio

Menu yang satu ini di served menggunakan sedikit cabai, bawang putih, udang, calamari, mussel, dan tomato confit. Menurut kami, untuk rasanya sedikit plain. It doesn't get along with our taste.

Grilled Half Spring Chicken

Enough with pasta, sekarang kita mulai dengan steak. Grilled Half Spring Chicken, merupakan salah satu menu baru yang dihadirkan oleh Chef Amin Gihon. Menu tersebut dilengkapi dengan saute spinach, dan ditaburi dengan mushroom sauce. Ayam yang sudah tanpa tulang tersebut di grilled dengan sangat sempurna. Menu ini menjadi salah satu favorit kami disini.

Australian Grainfed Black Angus

Nah, menu beef kali ini menjadi highlight dari kunjungan kami ke Prime. Tenderloin beef nya di served menggunakan saffroan foam dan red wine sauce. Dengan tingkat kematangan medium well, begitu dagingnya masuk kemulut, rasanya sangat tender dan juicy. Salah satu menu yang dapat kami recommend disamping Grilled Half Spring Chicken.

Sambil kita menikmati makan malam, kita dihibur oleh acoustic live band yang hadir setiap hari Jumat - Sabtu mulai jam 19.00 - 22.00 WIB.

Mouton Slice & Grill - Medan

MOUTON Slice & Grill is a franchise restaurant in Bandung that offers meals such as grilled lamb, beef ribs, and chicken. Founded in the first half of 2015 and received an award from the Path (socmed) as The Most Visited Eateries in 2015. MOUTON has now been opened in Medan, located at Jalan Multatuli No. 30, begin to open at 18.00pm.

They offer a nice ambience, good musics, and friendly waiter/ss. 

Mouton Slice & Grill offers several specials menu from cows, goats, sheep, chickens, to seafood. As the name implies, almost the entire menu here is the menu of grilled. Level of maturity, flavors, and others can be adjusted to our own taste.

Original Beef Ribs ( 189 K )

Original beef ribs that have been marinated with secret ingredients, and grilled with special sauce. The meat is tender and juicy. Served with rice.

Signature Lamb Leg ( 325 K )

Here's the signature of the restaurant. The lamb leg is so good to be true. Can be enjoyed up to 5-6 people. If you do not want to cut the meat by yourself, you can ask them to cut it for you. Once the meats have been cut, you must grilled them for about 5 - 10 minutes. 

Tenderloin Slice ( 114 K )

The taste is usual, just like the common tenderloin. The meat's tender and juicy but doesn't get along with the sauce. The sauce is just too sweet.

Prawn Skewers ( 45K )

Prawns is big, but it take a long time for it to be cooked. Between the skewers, there's a pineapple and an onions.

Chicken Thigh ( 25K )

At first we want to order mix skewers, but because their chicken skins are out of stocks so we go for chicken thigh skewers. Nothing special about the taste. The sauce also do not get along with the chicken. Ps: The same sauce that used to grilled the other meats.

Mac and Cheese ( 30 K )

This is the best by far. This is the total package. Perfect cheese, no harsh taste of science, and a cute-but-functional macaroni. Thumbs up.

Overall, is a good place to spend your night with friends and family.
